All of our items are premade and ready to ship. Once your order is placed, please allow 2-5 business days for processing and shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

For items available as preorders, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for processing and shipping. Since preorder items are not immediately in stock, we require additional time to produce and prepare them for shipment.
To keep you informed, we will provide weekly updates via email about the status of your preorder until your item is ready to ship. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details.
